Back with the Danish Cx community
Yesterday I was at another CxERFA meeting - the Danish Cx community. Always good to get together with the top Cx professionals in Denmark.
We agree on commissioning. We also agree to disagree on a lot of technical topics. Real talks, real topics - this time that included BMS requirements for energy optimization and AI in Cx.
That's exactly the kind of conversation that moves the industry forward.
What I presented
I had a presentation: How to optimize your Cx-work using CxAI.
The focus was on the AI tools built directly into CxPlanner that remove the repetitive admin from commissioning work - not AI as a concept, but AI as it actually works on a project today.
- Auto extracting asset tags from PDF files
- Auto creating FPTs from documentation
- Auto finding equipment data from nameplates
Three features. Three places where commissioning teams are currently spending time they shouldn't have to.
Why it matters
Every one of those tasks is something an experienced commissioning engineer has done hundreds of times. Pulling tags from a P&ID, building out a functional performance test from a spec, typing serial numbers off a nameplate on site.
None of it requires expertise. All of it takes time.
CxAI handles the repetitive part. You handle the commissioning.
