Help modernize commissioning workflows across the industry
CxPlanner is looking for a Cx Industry Specialist based in the United States to help customers improve operational efficiency, standardize workflows, and modernize the way commissioning teams operate.
This role combines industry knowledge, operational thinking, and customer collaboration. You’ll work directly with customers to understand how their teams operate and help them implement better processes using CxPlanner.
You will become a trusted advisor for contractors, commissioning providers, and field teams looking to streamline documentation, communication, reporting, and project execution.

What you’ll do
Work directly with customers
You’ll collaborate with field teams, project managers, and operational leaders using CxPlanner across active projects.
Help optimize operational workflows
You’ll guide customers on best practices for documentation, tracking, reporting, and project coordination.
Support onboarding and implementation
You’ll help new customers successfully adopt CxPlanner and improve internal workflows.
Bridge industry expertise with product innovation
You’ll provide valuable operational feedback that helps shape future platform improvements.
Become a trusted industry resource
Customers will rely on your knowledge to help improve efficiency, consistency, and execution across projects.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in commissioning, construction operations, project coordination, or field workflows
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Operational and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
- Comfortable working with software platforms and digital workflows
- Self-driven and highly organized personality
- Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
