Cx Customer Support Specialist (US Based)

Deliver world-class support for the fastest commissioning platform in the industry

CxPlanner is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in the United States to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.

This role is about much more than answering tickets. You will become a product expert, a trusted point of contact for customers, and an important part of how we build long-term relationships across the commissioning industry.

Our customers rely on CxPlanner every day to manage projects, documentation, field workflows, and operations. Your job is to help them move faster, solve problems quickly, and feel fully supported at every stage.

If you enjoy helping people, solving real-world operational challenges, and working inside a fast-moving startup environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

Support customers across multiple channels

You’ll communicate directly with customers through chat, email, onboarding sessions, and ongoing support conversations.

Become a CxPlanner product expert

You’ll learn the platform deeply and guide customers through workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Help improve customer workflows

You won’t just answer questions. You’ll help customers work smarter and get more value from the platform.

Work closely with the internal team

You’ll collaborate with product, operations, and development teams to share customer feedback and improve the product experience.

Help create educational content

You may help create tutorials, onboarding guides, knowledge base articles, and support resources for customers.

What we’re looking for

  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities
  • Experience in customer support, SaaS, operations, or construction-related industries is a plus
