CxAI Agents are trained to perform tasks for you; both clicking and thinking.
This video shows how the CxPlanner CxAI can search for manuals and specifications, and when relevant data is found, the agent can automatically extract the data and use it in the next action.
If you are managing assets in your commissioning and completion process, then this will automate the data enrichment process for you. One click and all equipment data is populated!
CxAI Agents are trained to perform tasks for you; both clicking and thinking.
The concept is to provide the agent with enough data within the right context. That data is then sent to the agents which will parse the data and utilize the needed tools to perform the task.
An agent is equipped with tools. The range of tools differs from agent to agent based on their action steps.
If you need to find a model number on a name plate, the agent will use the camera tool to take a picture of the name plate and then use either an OCR tool or an LLM model to extract the model number.
The concept for our CxAI is to offload work from you. Even minor activities such as inputting just a string of text can be done by an agent. We belive that many small tasks done by an agent allows you to focus on doing the real commissioning instead of admin works.
On some projects, you might just need a single checklist, while on other projects, you need thousands.
The same goes for who is performing the checklist. You can easily use CxPlanner only for the commissioning team, or you can invite the general contractor (GC) and subcontractors to perform the checklists.
By feeding the right documents and context, CxAI Agents can parse and execute even highly structured tests - especially in complex commissioning processes like for example data centers, where level testing protocols are both critical and repetitive.

One of the powerful capabilities of CxAI Agents is their ability to engage directly within an issue's conversation thread. Imagine a commissioning issue that already has ongoing discussion between team members. Instead of switching to email or a separate chat, the CxAI Agent can step in right there - in context - to provide an answer, clarification, or next step.
The Agent would process the question, pull relevant information from connected project data, and post a direct reply in the same issue thread. This keeps the conversation centralized, ensures decisions and clarifications are documented, and saves time compared to jumping between tools.
The illustration below shows an example of a CxAI Agent replying to a message within an issue.
At CxPlanner, our mission is clear: let commissioning professionals focus on what they do best - commissioning - while we handle the rest. With the introduction of our CxPlanner CxAI agents, we've already offloaded repetitive admin tasks. Now, with the launch of the CxPlanner MCP server, we're taking customization and automation to the next level.
Our CxAI agents are small, intelligent helpers that don't just think - they act. They click, check, and carry out real tasks on your behalf. With the MCP server, you can now define how they do it, ensuring your workflows align perfectly with your project needs.
We know that every commissioning project is different. Whether you're working on airports, hospitals, or data centers - the complexity varies. The MCP server ensures that your CxAI agents can match that complexity by adapting to your project's requirements.
