Byggeri København (The Municipality of Copenhagen)

🏢 Last Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting representatives from Byggeri København (the Municipality of Copenhagen) at our office for a session on the world of commissioning. 😃

Byggeri København is a pivotal entity in the development of Copenhagen as a growing city with an increasing population. Their primary objective is to address the needs of Copenhagen's citizens by constructing and modernizing vital infrastructure such as schools, daycare centers, residential facilities, and cultural and recreational amenities.

The process for a construction project commences within one of the city's seven administrations, where the need for construction is assessed and described. And one of the tools used to get the right quality is... commissioning!

How to ensure that commissioning is part of a project?

The secret to making commissioning an integral part of any project? It starts with the contracts! It's that simple. 📜

Beyond setting the right end-of-the-week vibe, our agenda for the session included:

  1. Exploring the essence of commissioning
  2. Why commissioning is a really good idea for TCO
  3. Learning how to implement it

These "get-up-to-speed" sessions on commissioning are a regular part of our calendar, happening approximately once a month. 🗓️ If you think it could benefit your team, don't hesitate to reach out! We're here to help. 🚀
