I will be doing master class on the wonders of commissioning based on the visual representation and workflows based on my experience on building a owners commissioning process at Copenhagen Airports.

Copenhagen Airports previously used Excel to manage projects, leading to unresolved issues and delays. A structured commissioning process was developed to enhance communication, reduce inefficiencies, and improve project management.

Supporting over 100 projects annually, worth more than $150M, this process leverages scalable frameworks and digital tools for better collaboration. Integrating Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) into Gantt charts and using Kanban boards for design reviews have been key improvements.
