How to use test paradigms in the Cx process

One of the main activites in the Commissioning process is the testing. The testing is performed at the end of the construction phase, where we are verifying, that the systems are in compliance with the OPR.

Cx Manager provides a structured but flexible way of managing your tests. The test paradigms are designed to work on both a desktop, tablet and mobile phones, so you always has access to them.

You can always find a detailed description of the test paradigms on the help page for test paradigms.

Create a new test paradigm

You can create a test paradigm from the test overview or from the test observation list.

After adding a new test paradigm, you can specify the systems details such category and switchboard. Just below these options, there's a textbox, where you can write the full test procedure.

Add test items

The test items are the elements, which you are going to test. Each item symbolize a test or a prerequisite, which needs to be accepted.

You can either add the test items by your self or you can import a test paradigm from the public template database. All of the test paradigms in the public template database are verified.

Inside a test paradigm it is possible to rearrange (drag and drop) the test items, edit the description, etc. You can also at anytime edit or delete the test items.
